Kebijakan ini menjelaskan perpanjangan, perpanjangan otomatis, pembatalan, dan pengembalian dana produk SalesQuickly. Baca sebelum membeli atau mencoba paket berbayar.

Ringkasan

SalesQuickly uses subscription billing with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cycles. After your subscription is active, you can view your current plan, expiration date, and renewal status in the console.

This policy together with the Terms of Service forms the complete subscription agreement between you and SalesQuickly. Enterprise customers with separate commercial contracts are governed by those contracts.

Cakupan

This policy applies to all SaaS subscriptions purchased through salesquickly.io or the SalesQuickly console, including port-based, character-based, usage-based, and IP proxy product lines. Free trials, new-user benefits, and promotions are subject to their own campaign rules, which may differ from standard subscription policies.

API calls, overage usage, and add-on services may incur additional charges as shown in console usage reports and pricing documentation.

Perpanjangan dan penagihan

Unless you disable auto-renewal before the current billing cycle ends, your subscription renews automatically on the expiration date and fees are charged to your payment method on file. Renewal pricing is based on prices in effect on the renewal date; if prices increase, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Upgrades typically take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades may take effect in the next billing cycle. Invoices and billing records are available in the console; enterprise customers may request wire transfer and formal invoices by contacting service@salesquickly.io.

Pembatalan

You may disable auto-renewal or cancel your subscription at any time in the SalesQuickly console. After cancellation, paid service continues through the end of the current billing period with no further charges.

Cancellation does not automatically delete account data. Submit an account closure request if you need data deleted. Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds of remaining periods.

Kebijakan pengembalian dana

Except as required by law or explicitly promised by SalesQuickly trial guarantees, subscription fees paid are generally non-refundable. If prolonged Service unavailability due to SalesQuickly system failure is verified, we may extend service or provide partial refunds at our discretion.

Usage-based value-added services are non-refundable once consumed. Promotional and discounted plans follow campaign rules. Submit refund requests to service@salesquickly.io with account and order details.
