Welcome to SalesQuickly (the "Platform" or "we"), an omnichannel customer communication SaaS service. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are entered into between SalesQuickly Technology Co., Ltd. ("SalesQuickly") and you ("User" or "you"). By registering, logging in, or using any product or feature on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Overview

SalesQuickly is an omnichannel customer communication platform for businesses and teams, integrating messaging management across WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LINE, and other channels, along with AI-powered replies, marketing automation, CRM, and customer analytics.

These Terms apply to the salesquickly.io website, the SalesQuickly console, desktop and mobile clients, and related SalesQuickly services (collectively, the "Services"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated via website notice or registered email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

"Account" means the SalesQuickly user account you register to use the Services. "Subscription Plan" means the paid or free service plan you purchase or trial, including port-based, character-based, and usage-based billing models. "User Content" means text, images, files, customer data, and conversation records that you or your team upload, send, store, or process through the Services. "Third-Party Channels" means messaging platforms operated by third parties, such as WhatsApp and Telegram, whose use is also subject to their respective platform policies.

"Intellectual Property" means patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights. "Acceptable Use Policy" means the user conduct guidelines published separately by the Platform and the usage restrictions in these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it up to date. Each user is responsible for safeguarding account credentials (username, password, API keys, etc.) and for all activities under the account. Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. Enterprise account administrators must properly manage team member permissions and ensure sub-accounts comply with these Terms and applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business customer communication, marketing, and customer service purposes, and to comply with all applicable laws and third-party channel platform rules. You must not use the Services to send spam, fraudulent content, or malware, or to engage in harassment, defamation, or privacy violations.

You must not reverse engineer, crack, scrape unauthorized data, or interfere with normal Service operation. Without written permission, you may not resell, sublicense, or use the Services to build competing products. We may restrict, remove, or suspend features based on reasonable determination of violations.

Fees and Payment

Pricing, billing cycles, and feature scope for paid Services are as displayed on the salesquickly.io pricing page and in the console. You must pay fees according to your selected plan on time; overdue payment may result in service downgrade or suspension. Except as required by law or explicitly promised by us, fees paid are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing; price changes take effect in the next billing cycle with advance notice via the website or email. Free trials and promotional offers are subject to campaign rules, which we may modify or terminate within those rules.

Intellectual Property

SalesQuickly and its licensors own all intellectual property in the software, interface design, documentation, trademarks, logos, and technology related to the Services. These Terms do not transfer such rights to you; you receive only a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Services during your subscription period.

You retain ownership of User Content but grant SalesQuickly a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as necessary to provide, maintain, improve the Services, and fulfill legal obligations. You represent that you have lawful rights to User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesQuickly does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free Service or that the Services will fully meet your specific requirements. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party channel failures, network outages, force majeure, or similar events.

In no event shall SalesQuickly's total liability arising from these Terms or the Services exceed the total service fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the dispute. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities; in such cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
