This Policy applies to the SalesQuickly website, console, mobile apps, APIs, and all related products. We act as a data processor on behalf of business customers for their end customers' conversations and contact information, and as a data controller for registered users' account and billing information.

This Policy does not cover privacy practices of third-party websites or messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp and Telegram); please review their respective privacy policies as well.

We collect: (1) Account information: name, email, phone, company name, job title, and other registration details; (2) Usage data: login logs, IP address, device information, feature usage records, and API call logs; (3) Customer communication data: messages, attachments, customer tags, and CRM records sent or received through the Platform; (4) Payment information: billing address and transaction records processed by third-party payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).

You may optionally provide additional information for personalized support. Through cookies and similar technologies, we may collect browsing behavior to improve the website experience.

We use collected information to: provide, maintain, and improve SalesQuickly Services; process subscriptions, billing, and customer support; send service notices, security alerts, and product updates (you may opt out of marketing emails); analyze usage trends to optimize features; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your customer communication content to train public AI models or sell it to third-party advertisers unless we have your explicit consent or are required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information when: working with trusted service providers (cloud hosting, payments, analytics) bound by confidentiality obligations; technically integrating with third-party channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram; responding to court orders, government requests, or protecting SalesQuickly and user rights; or transferring data to a successor entity in a merger or reorganization (with notice to you).

For cross-border transfers, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to ensure data protection levels meet applicable law.

The SalesQuickly website uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure marketing effectiveness. You may refuse or delete cookies through browser settings, but some features may be affected.

We may use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, whose data collection is governed by their privacy policies. We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal information without notice.

Retention periods for customer communication data may be configured by enterprise administrators in the console. Backup data may be retained for a limited time after primary deletion before secure destruction.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; data portability; and withdraw consent (without affecting lawful processing based on consent before withdrawal). EU and UK users also have the right to lodge complaints with supervisory authorities.

To exercise these rights, email service@salesquickly.io. We will respond within the statutory or reasonable timeframe. End users of business customers should submit requests to their service provider (our business customer); we will assist business customers in fulfilling their obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced prominently on the website or via registered email. The updated Policy takes effect upon publication unless otherwise stated.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
