User Conduct Guidelines

Last updated: January 1, 2025

SalesQuickly is committed to providing a safe, compliant, and efficient customer communication environment for businesses worldwide. These conduct guidelines apply to all users and team members using the SalesQuickly platform, APIs, and related products. By using the Services, you agree to follow the standards below. Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent bans, without limiting our ability to pursue other remedies under the Terms of Service.

Overview

These guidelines supplement the SalesQuickly Terms of Service and apply to all your activities on the Platform, including sending messages, managing customers, using AI features, importing data, and configuring automation workflows.

We expect all users to conduct customer communication professionally and honestly, respect customer privacy and third-party platform rules, and help maintain a healthy SaaS ecosystem.

Core Principles

Users must act in good faith and must not mislead customers or impersonate others. Respect customer choice by providing clear unsubscribe and privacy notices. Ensure marketing and support content is truthful, lawful, and does not exaggerate product benefits or make false promises.

In cross-language and cross-region communication, respect local culture and laws and avoid discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SalesQuickly: sending unsolicited bulk marketing messages (spam); distributing viruses, malware, or phishing links; impersonating others or forging official identities; collecting, buying, or leaking personal information; engaging in gambling, pornography, violence, terrorism, or other illegal activities; circumventing platform controls or abusing API quotas.

Using SalesQuickly to assist telecom fraud, money laundering, pyramid schemes, intellectual property infringement, harm to minors, or other criminal activity is strictly forbidden. Upon discovery, we will cooperate with law enforcement and permanently terminate service.

Content Standards

Content you send or store through SalesQuickly must not include illegal information, hate speech, harassment, threats, obscenity, false advertising, or unauthorized trade secrets. AI auto-replies should be reasonably reviewed to avoid misleading or harmful output.

When importing or exporting customer data, you must have lawful authorization and comply with GDPR, personal information protection laws, and other applicable data protection regulations. Do not upload files containing malicious code or attempt to penetrate SalesQuickly or third-party systems.

Enforcement

SalesQuickly may identify violations through automated detection, user reports, and manual review. Depending on severity, we may issue warnings, remove content, limit send frequency, freeze accounts, or terminate subscriptions.

For repeat offenders or conduct causing significant harm, we will permanently ban accounts and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies. Users may appeal enforcement decisions by emailing service@salesquickly.io; we will review within a reasonable period.
